Martha Rossana Quiroz Ennis

She holds a B.A. in Archaeology granted by the National School of Anthropology and History. She was awarded a Honorable Mention for her thesis Video documental en arqueología, metodología para investigación y divulgación.

She holds the title of “Master,” granted by the UNAM’S Institute of Archaeological Investigations for carrying out a research in the archaeological zone called “Cañada de la Virgen” in the municipality of San Miguel de Allende at the State of Guanajuato, Mexico. In this work she makes emphasis on the importance that visual surroundings –landscape and environment- have in the physical cultural heritage of the national archaeological areas.

She has participated in some projects of research and popular science for organizations such as the Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia, the Dirección de Salvamento Arqueológico, the Dirección de Etnología y Antropología Social, and the Centro INAH from Guanajuato, Mexico.

She is the designer of the project Basureco, a low budget system for the proper classification of home garbage.
